Lawn care in Perdido Key, FL
Perdido Key is the barrier island at the Alabama line, plus the Innerarity Point and Big Lagoon side of the bay. Plenty of yards here are part grass, part sand. We start from the lot size, and if much of the lot is sand, the price reflects the grass we actually mow.

Lawn care in Perdido Key: what to know
ECUA yard waste on the Key
Perdido Key and Innerarity Point are unincorporated Escambia County, served by ECUA. Outside Pensacola city limits, ECUA collects yard waste once a week: up to 20 bags or cans (32 gallons and 40 pounds each, at most) plus two piles of cut limbs no bigger than 6 by 6 by 6 feet, limbs up to 6 feet long. Set it within two feet of the curb the night before. ECUA: (850) 476-0480.
Sand, dunes and part time owners
We mow and edge the turf and leave dune plants alone. If the house is a second home or a rental, a standing weekly visit keeps it cut between your trips, and we text you after each one.

Perdido Key questions
Do you mow on Perdido Key itself?
Yes, houses with their own lawn, plus Innerarity Point and Lost Key. We don't mow condo grounds.
My yard is mostly sand. Is it cheaper?
It can be. Lot size sets the starting price, and a lot that is mostly sand gets priced for the grass we actually mow. Text a photo and the address.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
It's priced per visit by lot size. Weekly mowing starts at $50 a visit under a quarter acre and $65 for a quarter to half acre. Every visit includes mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing off. Text your address to (850) 273-8546 and we text back the price for your yard.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract. Text us to pause, switch frequency or stop.
Do you fertilize or spray weeds?
Yes. We offer fertilization and weed control, applied by our state licensed partner. Florida requires a state certification to apply fertilizer to customers' lawns, and spraying weed killer on lawns counts as pest control, which needs its own license, so our mowing crew leaves the application to our partner. Text your address to ask about it.
