Questions
Not here? Text (850) 273-8546 and ask.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
It's priced per visit by lot size. Weekly mowing starts at $50 a visit under a quarter acre and $65 for a quarter to half acre. Every visit includes mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing off. Text your address to (850) 273-8546 and we text back the price for your yard.
How do I get a quote?
Text your address to (850) 273-8546, or use the quote form. We look the lot up, text back a price, and offer you the route day for your area.
Weekly or every other week?
Weekly through the growing season keeps each cut within the one third rule UF/IFAS recommends. Every other week costs less per month and a little more per visit. You can do weekly in summer and switch to every other week when growth slows.
Is there a travel charge?
Only for towns about 40 minutes or more from our west Pensacola base: $15 to $30 a visit until enough neighbors share the route. Each town page says whether it applies.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract. Text us to pause, switch frequency or stop.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the gate unlocked or text us the code, and keep dogs inside on your route day. We text you when we're done.
What happens when it rains?
We don't mow soaked lawns because wet grass tears and the mower ruts the yard. If storms wash out your day, we text you and reschedule.
Do you bag the clippings?
No. We mulch them back into the lawn, where they break down and return nutrients, and blow them off the driveway and walks. Hedge trimmings and cleanup debris we haul away.
Do you fertilize or spray weeds?
Yes. We offer fertilization and weed control, applied by our state licensed partner. Florida requires a state certification to apply fertilizer to customers' lawns, and spraying weed killer on lawns counts as pest control, which needs its own license, so our mowing crew leaves the application to our partner. Text your address to ask about it.
Where do you mow?
Pensacola, West Pensacola, Warrington, Bellview, Beulah, Cantonment, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Perdido Key and Navarre in Florida. In Alabama: Lillian, Elberta, Seminole, Foley, Orange Beach, Perdido Beach, Summerdale, Magnolia Springs, Gulf Shores, Robertsdale and Bon Secour. If you're nearby, text your ZIP code.
Are you the same people as Pelican Haul-Off and Bayou Scoop Co.?
Yes. Same local team, same phone number. Pelican Haul-Off hauls junk and Bayou Scoop Co. cleans up dog poop.
