Lillian is unincorporated, so there's no town yard pickup. Baldwin County's Solid Waste Disposal Authority (SWDA) runs curbside bulky and yard waste pickup: one free pickup a month, up to 4 cubic yards of yard waste, at the edge of the right of way, 4 feet from the mailbox, not under power lines and not behind a fence. Water, the boat launch and the park

On the bay side, the free county launch at 12408 7th Street has two ramps, and Lillian Community Park is on the county's list of parks it maintains. When a lawn runs toward the water, we blow clippings back onto the grass, away from the bay.
