Navarre yard waste depends on your hauler
Navarre is unincorporated Santa Rosa County. Santa Rosa County stopped running a garbage franchise in unincorporated areas on March 1, 2025. You pick your own hauler, Adam's Sanitation ((850) 537-3282) or Waste Pro ((850) 365-1900), and your hauler sets the yard waste rules. Hedge and cleanup debris from our jobs goes on our trailer, so you don't need to check your hauler's limits for it.

Florida requires a state certification to apply fertilizer to customers' lawns, and spraying weed killer on lawns counts as pest control, which needs its own license, so our mowing crew leaves the application to our partner.
